Return & Refund Policy

At Veteran Sports Cards FL, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing from us. Because trading cards are collectible items with condition‑sensitive value, our return policy is designed to protect both collectors and the integrity of our inventory.

Raw Singles (Ungraded Cards)
All raw card sales are final.
We do not accept returns for:
- Grading outcomes
- Centering or print lines
- Surface flaws or factory imperfections
- Buyer’s remorse
Every card is photographed and described accurately before being listed.

Graded Cards (PSA, BGS, SGC, etc.)
All graded card sales are final.
Grades are assigned by third‑party grading companies, and we do not guarantee or alter their assessments.

Sealed Products
Sealed boxes, packs, and products may be returned within 7 days only if they remain unopened and in original condition.
Opened products cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on any approved return of sealed products. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Restocking Fees
No restocking fee is charged at this time. However, returned sealed products must arrive in the same unopened, original condition. Items that arrive opened or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

Final Sale Items
Raw singles and graded cards are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email: support@vetcardsfl.com
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Once tracking is created, the order cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Delays caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx
- Lost packages without shipping insurance
For added protection, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout (if available).

Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
